THE HISTORY
We started Tale of Three back in March 2010, when three of us - Aimee, Amanda and Greer - found ourselves flung across the globe in three different cities. We thought it would be fun to assign weekly tasks that we each completed in our respective cities. Things slowed down a year into the project, but in September 2011, we decided to relaunch with some newcomers. Now we are five, and though only one of us is living overseas, the rest of us are spread out far and wide (across Australia).
THE WOMEN
While some of us have known each other since university days, we all came together as a group in 2003 to write, produce and perform a musical about yoga, which was a raging success at both the Melbourne Fringe Festival (2003) and Adelaide Fringe (2004). We have collaborated on creative projects over the years, but more importantly, our friendship has prospered through three weddings, six babies, several overseas and interstate moves, career changes and the odd boozy weekend reunion.
THE RULES
Each week there will be a single task that must be completed within the week and posted on the blog. Failure to comply will result in instant disqualification and ejection from the circle. Alright, maybe not. Post if you can, don't if you can't. It's up to you, ladies. Smooch!
